Irrespective of our age or gender, for a minute let’s ponder who was / is an athlete in our friends/ kith-and-kin circle. There was someone in the school or college who wasn’t our own friend. (He / she was a celebrity like.)
In our present life we can’t (mostly) find an athlete. We are surrounded by non-athletes. In the same vein can I say ,’we are surrounded by obese’. Certainly not. There are many persons in our own circle who are into fitness and balanced diet. If we keep our eyes and ears open we would find they are very choosy about the food we spread on the dining table. We sometimes fail to appreciate why one person repetitively gifts dry fruits or fresh fruits and not pastry or burger during his visits to our home.
The consciousness about fitness and weight and agility is not the prerogative on an athlete alone. We are all capable of leading a better and fitter life. The resolve to give dieting and workouts is not far away. As you choose to read this post, it is obvious that you are looking for an earliest opportunity and motivation to give the fight against fab a start.
I would say an athlete trains a lot. With the training, his/her endurance level and the stamina to withstand the impact of prolonged intense physical activity is exemplary, On the other hand we are trying to get better agile and fitter. Of course, in the longer run irrespective of age any person can groom himself/herself into an athlete. w
So, let’s make a beginning soon and start reducing the trans fat and saturated fat from our plate and find out what would make a balanced diet to our taste.
