Which age group must be best aware on fitness and dieting?

The question will be viewed ridiculous by medical professionals. Because the threat of diabetes, hypertension or obesity is not restricted to the older generation anymore. Even children in their teens and young people like in their twenties or thirties are equally vulnerable.

What is worse? The eating patterns and cravings developed early in their life renders people almost addicted to certain food and desserts. The onset of diabetes or hypertension also does not help much. They take medicines and fatty food together.

A parent on one hand must improve the ‘balanced diet’-concept on the food served on the table at home; and in equal vein caution the kids about what they eat as they party or share their lunch in the school with other kids.
